As a Marketing & Communications Process Lead you will drive the enablement of sales and marketing business processes within our commercial systems.

What you will do:
CRM technology consultation
- Identify underutilized capabilities that could enable business strategies
- Stay current with platform (emphasis in Salesforce CRM) upgrades and future innovations
- Participate in platform vendor customer forums
Communication
- Create engaging communications for our target audiences
- Generate excitement and drive adoption
- Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
Sales and Marketing Process Management
- Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Accountability for E2E sales and marketing business processes enabled in our commercial systems
- Manage our team’s sales and marketing projects
What you need:
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience
- BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency in digital communication tools
- Organizational and process mapping skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- $75,300- $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
