Job Description

The AWS (Amazon Web Services) China Business Operations team is looking for an experienced business operation manager to meet the growing support demands from AWS China BD business. We need exceptionally talented, bright and self-motivated people working as a business partner for China BD team.

In this role, you will work closely with business team to assist business GM on GTM strategies, goals setting, planning process, pipeline management and business reviews. He or she will be responsible for building the metrics, tools, and reports to support business’s growth. In addition, he or she will evaluate opportunities and implement changes which improve the current capacity planning inputs, process, and modeling. And will also help business management to build up user friendly dashboards to support them on business reviews and key KPIs tracking. Key job responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the position include:
· Support BD GM on long-term and short-term plan for China; be the owner of the annual operational planning process to decide the financial targets, HC plan, and budget plan for China team
· Design the Go-To-Market model and sales territory plan to fit the need of an evolving market and organizations. Set sales target according to the sales strategy, territory development, and resource planning
· Communicate with global sales operations team on regular basis to understand global directions and provide local feedbacks
· Develop detailed handbook and provide regular Q&A regarding segmentation rules, system management etc.
· Design and improve Business Management System; Provide regular reports/dashboards to the team, and identify key areas of highlights and lowlights for the team to focus on
· Conduct data analysis for business insights and recommendation, and coordinate the team to implement recommendations to improve sales productivity

Basic Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications
The right person will possess 12+ years of sales operation and business analysis experience in a technical hardware or software environment, with a demonstrated track record of supporting business leaders and sales teams. Ideal candidate should have sales operation or FP&A or sales marketing functional roles in MNC IT Corporation throughout his or her career.


-Business operation and financial analysis experience, preferably in the IT industry.
· Strategic and logical thinking
· Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
· Familiarity with sales team management concepts - forecasting, planning, variance analysis, territory, quota – gained through work experience
· Ability to deep dive into data, processes and systems and develop innovative ideas for process improvement.
· Excellent Microsoft Office/PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Excel
· Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
· Demonstrated ability to engage and interact with C-level executives around project and program requirements, status, opportunities and risks.
· Program and project management proficiency across multi-site locations and multi-teams.
· Detail focusing, insist on patience
· Advanced knowledge of SQL/Python is preferred
· Prior business operation or FP&A working experience in Mobile/Internet and MNC company
· Experienced in sales or marketing role is a plus
