PepsiCo Global Insights has created a worldwide ecosystem of shared insights, analytics and foresight expertise led by distributed global leadership teams & principles. Two of the 8 key Capabilities which are a part of this transfer are the creative communication testing capability (ADA) & the Brand health tracking capability (BMS). These 2 capabilities are supported by the brand & communications team here at Pepsico, GBS.
The purpose of this role is to be a part of the team supporting the global insights capabilities (APAC) to extract value from the ADA & BMS tools. The key ask is to:
• Ensure the highest quality deliverables and drive efficiencies.

Responsibilities
Core accountabilities:
• Manage workload in partnership with the Comms Content Evaluation (TV & Digital) /Brand Health Track Leadership team
• Provide Consulting to ensure we drive insights into action
• Become a trusted partner for sector stakeholders when it comes to Comms Content Evaluation (TV & Digital) /Brand Health Track
• Be a part of foundational learning whitepaper analyses (e.g. Superbowl Anatomy of a Great Ad, Gen Z, Next Big Innovations, Trending Ingredients and Flavors, etc.)
• Provide actionable Insights to business teams after triangulating BMS data to other data sources in presentations of high-profile projects
Capability development:
• Support juniors through mentoring & coaching in growing their functional capabilities
• Supervise onboarding and on-job trainings for newcomers
Qualifications
Deep understanding and experience in Brand Health and pre-Ad testing
• 10+ years of experience on Agency side and / client service experience in either Brand health tracking and/or Content development
• Deep research methodology knowledge, experience driving business impact via Insights projects
• Experienced storyteller leveraging insights/consumer data and ability to shape deliverables for sr. (non insights) audience
• Experience of working with global, regional and local teams of insights professionals a plus
• Strong leadership and influencing profile: Motivates action through fact-based, inspirational material; Has a track record of identifying and championing new processes for improving fact-based decision making. Can synthesize multiple, disparate data sources into compelling growth strategies. Formulates a strong POV and can articulate future scenarios; Is an exceptional story-teller.
• Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others. Actively creates and participates in opportunities to co-create solutions.
