Oracle PL/SQL Developer and Order Management & Pricing Techno-Functional - Boston, MA

·         Provide resolution and troubleshooting incidents in Oracle EBS (Finance/SCM) within agreed SLA

·         PL/SQL Development and support

·         Responsible for gathering requirements from business stakeholders for incidents raised

·         Documentation of issues and resolution

·         Build, Modify and test Oracle EBS cus tom components

·         Training on the issues resolved

·         Should possess strong technical skill on Oracle Finance

·         Application maintenance and bug fixes

·         Raise SR with Oracle and follow up for resolution for product bugs

·         Identify opportunities for automation, as required
