  • ·         Oracle Cloud Project Management and Manage Services
  • ·         Provide resolution and troubleshooting incidents in Oracle ERP (Finance) within agreed SLA
  • ·         Responsible for gathering requirements from business stakeholders for incidents raised
  • ·         Documentation of issues and resolution
  • ·         Help in Build, Modify and test Oracle ERP PaaS components
  • ·         Training on the issues resolved
  • ·         Should possess strong technical skill on Oracle Finance
  • ·         Application maintenance
  • ·         Raise SR with Oracle and follow up for resolution for product bugs
  • ·         Identify opportunities for automation, as required
