Key Qualifications

·         Excellent knowledge of and shown proven expertise with Salesforce administration with focus on Sales Cloud

·         Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification

·         Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems

·         Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.

·         Experience in creating and maintaining Salesforce databases.

·         Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.

·         Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements.

·         Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing various requests is needed.

·         Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

·         Create configurable solutions that comprise workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
