Skill: Salesforce Release Master
- Minimum 8+ years working experience as a Salesforce Release Master.
- Good working experience on Copado and Salesforce administrator knowledge.
- Certified Copado Consultant and Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience in change management and release management activities.
- Working knowledge on Service Now like platform.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and a great team player with excellent.
Interpersonal skills:
- Ability to interact and collaborate with key stakeholders like business product owners, tech lead, developer, QA, change management team.
- Facilitate and drive release planning meeting, implementation planning and change execution.
- Ability to guide team to follow best practices and processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skill.
- Must have certifications : Copado Consultant and Salesforce Administrator.
