Job Title              Support Analyst – MuleSoft, SpringBoot

Relevant Experience

(in Yrs)  5+ years

Technical/Functional Skills          - Strongly Preferred Support Analyst candidates who have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Supporting MuleSoft, IBM MQ, MFT, SpringBoot, Java, Middleware/Integration.

Primary Expertise in MuleSoft 4, SpringBoot, Cloud technologies – Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Agile processes.

-Strong Experience in Major Incident Management Process and resolving P1/P2 tickets with rigor in operations to maintain SLAs and stakeholder management

- Experience in JIRA, Agile Development

- Preferred candidates with experience in API management through AnyPoint Platform

-Experience in working with Integration/Middleware documentation.

-Experience working on multiple projects for Agile project delivery.

 

Integration/middleware

Mulesoft App support mainly and development

Springboot services

IBM integration bus, IBM MQ & IBM MFT

Production support experience

Coordination with multiple teams

Incident management/Change management

SOX Compliance Knowledge

Troubleshooting skills

Bug fixing skills

Experience Required      5+ years

Roles & Responsibilities - Strong Experience in MuleSoft, IBM MQ, MFT, SpringBoot, Java and Major Incident Management Process and resolving P1/P2 tickets with rigor in operations to maintain SLAs and stakeholder management

Work with multiple Customer Stakeholders and own Support initiatives
