Dynamic and experienced Salesforce Advisory Services Lead to join our team, responsible for
offering strategic guidance to our clients, and overseeing the successful delivery of high-
impact Salesforce consulting services.
The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce
technology and relevant business/functional areas affected with expertise in enterprise and/or
solution architecture.
Good understanding of business and/or technology landscape for one or
more Industries, extensive experience with CxO interactions and engagement, awareness
regarding new technology & business trends, and good presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
· Building, leading, and managing a team of Salesforce advisory services experts
including consultants, architects, and analysts.
· Function as a player/coach, both directly involved in consulting opportunity pursuits
and delivery of those services, as well as managing others in that capacity.
· Establishing long-term relationships with clients and securing repeat business from existing clients
· Managing client relationships and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the work being done by the consulting team.
· Finding new business opportunities with potential new clients in a variety of industries, and with existing clients
· Developing strategic plans, in alignment with practice goals, to help achieve goals.
· Collaborating with and leading teams of consultants to help clients solve their business problems or resolve their technology challenges across various industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, etc.
· Researching topics related to the client’s industry or business area of interest.
· Preparing presentations and reports detailing findings and recommending roadmaps and solutions.
· Lead and support responses to RFPs and support business development efforts.
· Lead practice development efforts including finding and focusing on the impact of industry trends on clients’ functional areas, finding specific offerings, and staying current with best practices in the industry.
· Stay up to date on Salesforce products, features, and industry trends and update TCS advisory offerings and solutions taking these into account.
· Mentor and coach team members providing them with support and guidance on career and professional development.
Qualifications:
· 15-18 years of work experience, with a significant amount in Salesforce consulting, with a history of successfully leading advisory engagements
· Postgraduate Degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience, along with industry-recognized professional certifications.
· A leader with a strategic mindset and an analytical person who strives for continuous improvement and collaborates well with others in the organization.
· Proven history of building and supporting client relationships and driving business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Salesforce certified, with certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
