· Collaboration with Remote Teams: Work closely with remote IT teams, providing on-site insights and assistance during critical system upgrades and maintenance activities.
· Equipment Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, track inventory levels, and coordinate with procurement for necessary replacements.
