• Support key business process owners and business leads
• Leading work on critical issues impacting business working with other modules and other application teams including SAP
• Coordinate with business process owners/SMEs for support and development activities.
• Interact with operations team
• Requirements clarification and documentation
• Support end users for functionality related issues and access requests
• Create/update Technical specifications (as needed).
• Support application Testing activities
• Onsite-Offshore coordination
• Technical discussions with key stakeholders
• Interaction with Technical SMEs
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, good communication, lead team, etc…
• Provide SAP functional analysis, SAP support, SAP solution architecture in CRM area.
• Provide day-to-day support for the SAP applications in the CRM area by resolving change requests and malfunction/incident tickets.
• Discuss business requirements with the Business Process Owners and Key Users and provide satisfying SAP system solution with the aim to adhere to SAP standard solutions.
