- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices across multiple modules like ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SPM, and Service Mapping.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective automated workflows.
- Provide subject expertise on the ServiceNow platform, serving as a product advocate within customer accounts.
- Lead project estimation, define project timelines, and contribute to project plans and milestones.
- Mentor and guide team members in design, development, and testing activities.
- Define architectural strategies and patterns commonly used within ServiceNow.
- Build clean, scalable, and reusable code while enforcing best practices in software engineering.
- Document business requirements to technical stories for development team.
- Leverage OOTB solution wherever possible using spoke or API.
- Ability to implement/design custom API when OOTB does not suit the requirement.
- Manage end-to-end upgrade and advise customers with the benefits of new features that can be implemented.
- Work closely with product owners to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application development and deployment processes.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while improving existing ones.
- Foster knowledge-sharing within the team and facilitate individual team member development.
- Conduct code reviews and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Interact cross-functionally to coordinate efforts across the organization, voluntarily sharing information.
