Job Description:
Immigration executive, documentation review for nonimmigrant applications, work with internal and external stake holders to ensure timely application filing with USCIS, DOL and DOS.
Responsibilities:
• Collect necessary information and documentation from internal stakeholders, review the assigned cases.
• Analyze the provided information in documentation and provide the required guidance to associates and business teams.
• Perform data entry of the immigration related information in computerized database.
• Prepare and update documents including emails, reports, and drafts.
• Review the documents and initiate the application with law firms.

• Ensure all deadlines are met.
• Tracking LCA and case filing status update the computerized database.
