Clarity product administration & management that are needed to do effective troubleshooting, solutioning, and HLA for the product’s practice in the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation of new user documentation, delivery of train the trainer sessions and general support.
- Leverage their skills to assist users with transition of their business processes from the old system to the new.
- Provide HLA design based on requirement and grooming sessions with requesting stakeholders
- properly frame designs/requirements for the platform to develop and for troubleshooting issues within the application
- Provide Tier 1 triage and resolutions for user reported incidents and provide development with requirements and support to resolve defects
- Deliver coordination, stability, and status reporting of cross-functional project-oriented work efforts.
- Track project deliverables and adjust project plans and/or resource needs to meet customer requirements.
- Manage one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high intensity.
- Ad Hoc user administration for Clarity & Rally applications
Education Min of 4 years in BACHELORS
