Technical/Functional

This position will require individual to play as IDM/IAM Analyst role Associate will be involved in interacting with Architects & Engineers during the stages of the engagement. Assessments and requirements gathering. Individual will work as an IAM/IDM Functional & technical expert representing from the Operations team assisting in various stages of implementation as decided upon by the management. · Extensive experience (3+ Years) in Identity and Access Management is mandatory for this position in SailPoint Identity IQ · Experience identifying, scoping, planning, executing and managing technical projects · Complete understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Design, Documentation, Development, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance. · Administration and support of SailPoint Identity Managing a fully integrated, highly available application environment. · Utilizing knowledge of MS SQL databases and their interaction with the Linux Operating System, tomcat app server to support the IDM platform. · Reviewing and supporting technical components for complex applications, monitoring of infrastructure components · Planning and executing ITIL activities for incidents, problems, changes and enhancements. · Incident investigation, diagnosis and incident resolution. · Effectively communicate with peers, quality control, testing and other technology teams. · Partnering with key stakeholders to identify the solutions that meet their needs Onboard applications in SailPoint IdentityIQ which includes analyzing the authorization model of the application and identify the account/access metadata that needs to be aggregated and provisioned · Build and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors for automated data collection and automated provisioning · Design and development of SDK/toolkit to build components required for configuring SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors efficiently · Design and development of enterprise workflows, forms and reusable rules, tasks and reports within SailPoint IdentityIQ to support wide range of applications and functionalities · Exposure to or experience with LDAP, Active Directory, UNIX and Mainframe operating systems. · Experience with major databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc. 

· Experience in programming languages like Java, Beanshell, and SQL & PL/SQL etc. · Strong knowledge of RESTful Web Services, JDBC technologies, JSON, HTML, XML, maven, Eclipse IDE, GIT/Subversion etc

Roles & Responsibilities 

· Associate should work in client ODC premises as mandatory during EST Business hours & available for on-call support (whenever applicable) during any planned and scheduled events during off-business hours. · Associate should work and adapt to Project Requirements and extend support for scheduled Implementation needs. · Associate should perform timely documentation updation as and when application during process changes Associate should work on request-based tasks to meet contractual sla’s as per project guidelines.
