- Ability to work across functional areas to drive process development
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- Must have strong technical and analytical skills
Technical Expertise:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools
- Background in process design and reengineering
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate with process modeling tools (i.e. Visio or ARIS)
Desired Skill:
- ITIL Service Management Practitioner Certification and process specific Practitioner Certification
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or 3 to 5 years of process reengineering experience
- COBIT Experience
- Experience with LEAN methodologies
