Business Analyst - Austin, TX

·       Owns management and maintenance of the Partner Funds strategy. 

·       Owns system administration of the Workspan CPF system.

·       Increases adoption with the best possible partner experience across all Routes to Market.

·       Partners with stakeholders to author, document and implement requirements.

·       Understands and interprets adoption measures to identify potential successes or pitfalls.

·       Responds to break/fix or other system related issues / outages.

·       Seeks, identifies, and implements opportunities for improvement.

·       Ensures harmony of operations across all integration (PXP, SFDC, Partner CRM systems, PSS, Business objects).

·       Implements incremental improvements to the  Partner Funds activities.
