- Validating the alerts from Windows Servers and performing appropriate corrective measures to fix the issue as per the process.
- Worked on OS upgrades and resolved issues while upgrading.
- Performing QA and MBS settings whenever a new server release in production.
- Commission and decommissioning the servers (Physical, virtual).
- Managing the WSUS server and configuring WSUS.
- Make sure all servers are reporting to WSUS and worked on technical issue while configuring it.
- Experience in resolving the tasks which are requested by the other teams like increasing the disk
