Skill: Test Manager
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of all testing activities related to the transformation program, including business acceptance testing.
- Educate and guide business teams on testing terminology, methodologies, and best practices.
- Develop and implement testing strategies and plans that align with the overall objectives of the transformation program.
- Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure comprehensive coverage of all testing scenarios and requirements.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of testing documentation.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, including key performance indicators and testing metrics.
- Identify, analyze, and manage risks associated with testing activities.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Advocate for quality assurance best practices throughout the organization.
- Manage and develop a team of testing professionals.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a testing management role within a transformation or change management context.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and practices.
- Experience with business acceptance testing and engaging non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and technologies.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
