Technical/Functional Skills

·       5+ years’ experience as a data analyst, in the telecom industry working with OSS/BSS systems.

·       Deep understanding of telecommunications business processes and systems

·       Ability to access, clean, transform and enrich complex data from multiple sources.

·       Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

·       Statistical analysis skills and experience with analytics techniques like regression, clustering, etc.

·       Critical thinking abilities to analyze information, define problems, identify key insights and their business implication.

·       Excellent communication skills to explain technical analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·       Experience teaching and mentoring more junior analysts.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team
