Technical/Functional Skills

Collaboration with designers to create mockups for the final product.

Assisting the development team in clarifying requirements and helping them to understand the business side.

Before moving to the next stage, prototypes and other proofs of concepts must be reviewed for feasibility.

You can verify that the product meets customer needs by reviewing feedback from customers or conducting usability testing.

Communication with stakeholders is important to ensure everyone is on the exact same page about features, functionality, deadlines, and other details.

Prioritizing product backlog items is based on their business value, the time required to complete them, and the order they were created.

To ensure that developers understand each project's requirements, coordinate with them.

Communication of project status and roadblocks with other members of the team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Managing the product development lifecycle for areas through proven product in RPA/AI, team and technical leadership

- Delivering on product roadmap priorities to maximize customer and business value

- Achieving time to market and time to value targets

- Cross-functionally drive development and launch of technical RPA/AI products from concept to delivery

- Manage analysts that define and write technical and functional specifications including requirements and detailed use cases for new product features across multiple product generations

- Explain designs and constraints to stakeholders, facilitate product thinking, and assists communication of features to delivery teams

- Estimate development effort for enhancements and new features in alignment with product owners

- Work seamlessly in engineering, quality, architecture, and technical operations during design and implementation to shape the technical feature set and usability of the product and ensure the highest quality products delivered on-time, on budget and with superior performance and support

- Manage multiple cross-functional delivery teams both onshore and offshore in both delivery and support modes
