Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Good Knowledge on Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and AA & AAA standards
Experience in accessibility testing on both web and mobile is mandatory
Certified Accessibility Tester
Hands-on experience with Screen Reader On and Off
Experience in using the different assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, Screenreader, Voiceover)
Experience in using different tools like AXE, Color Contrast, Accessibility Scanner and Light house.
Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws, policies, regulations, and standards (Americans with Disabilities Act Amendment and Section 504)
Having automation tools and knowledge is an added advantage.
Create and execute tests for new and existing features and functionality (includes creating test plans, writing and executing test cases, production readiness certification for new features and test status report for new features)
Provide maintenance of test cases/scripts and documentation
Create test plans, test case documents and execute tests for new features
Maintain, update and analyze reporting. Prepare precise Test Completion reports for Management to review.
Working experience with ADB, ability to capture logs, Able to install various APK files on all platforms.

We are seeking a passionate Accessibility Tester to join our team and help us build inclusive products for everyone. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accessibility guidelines and experience using assistive technologies. Experience with various accessibility needs is a plus. We value a diverse team and encourage candidates with disabilities to self-identify in their applications.
We are seeking PWD preferably someone who use screen reader technology as this role requires experience navigating digital products without sight.

Experience Required
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience in software engineering.
5+ years of experience in accessibility testing, 2 years in functional testing,
At least 1 year in accessibility automation.
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, defect management tools
Strong communications skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with the development team in accessing the applications for accessibility and get the issues addressed. Work on multiple applications simultaneously. Keep all stakeholders updated on a daily and wee kly basis. Publish reports of applications conformity to standards. 

Generic Managerial Skills Encourage and document engineering excellence within test team and for engineering teams.
