An opportunity exists to support this dynamic organization as a Senior Financial Systems Analyst – Training (Project Hire through May 2025) to define and develop training and instruction materials for key projects. If selected for this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Financial Systems – Communications, Training, and Change Management. What You Will Do
You will focus on supporting the training deliverables for defined projects related to the company’s financial systems as well as select front-of-house systems. Partnering with project team members, you will define and develop training and instructional materials aligned and integrated with the overall project plan and comprehensive organizational change management plan. Your deliverables will be integral to ensuring that business needs and individual learner objectives are met, culminating in the ultimate successful adoption of the defined project objectives!
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of demonstrated high-level professional knowledge and skills in the development of training curriculum.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms at all levels in an organization.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications and computer-based training development systems (e.g.: Storyline, SnagIt, PowerPoint, Articulate, Camtasia) including experience creating SCORM compliant instructional content.
- Able to support all aspects of the instructional design process including: define, design, develop (write), implement, and evaluate curricula.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools as well as familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of global audiences supporting unique content and communication needs.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Forward looking holistic approach, organized with a natural inclination for planning strategies and tactics.
- Demonstrated self-starter able to prepare training materials with minimal input, flexible and adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
- Able to understand and adapt to different audiences successfully addressing needs and responding positively to reactions to communication and training deliverables.
- Passion for and knowledge of new media, comfortable with emerging technology, and able to learn new tools quickly to deliver high quality training solutions.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
