As a Sales Manager, you will be the direct leader of a team of Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Sales Guides at Disneyland Resort. This role is responsible for developing, coaching Sales Guides on sales techniques, and maximizing operational efficiencies to move Guests through the sales process.
The Sales Manager reports directly to the Sales Director.
This position is located in Anaheim, CA.
You Will:
Develop Sales Guides, which includes role-playing, shadowing, and reviewing phone calls of Guides to find opportunities to improve sales proficiencies and ensuring adherence to compliance and legal regulations.
Leverage technologies and sales tools to achieve sales targets.
Assist in developing and driving sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
Mentor, motivate, train, and drive accountability of the Sales Guides to achieve sales targets.
Identify standard methodologies to share among sales team to emphasize on continuous improvement and consistency in sales process and operations.
Collaborate with various business partners to achieve sales targets.
Provide day-to-day leadership for a team of Sales Guides while acting as a point of contact regarding Member and Guest concerns.
You Will Have:
A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
Experience in assessing a team and developing action plans to enhance individual and team sales performance.
Strong sales track record and demonstrated sales leadership experience.
Proven ability in understanding and acting upon sales trends, business analytics and consumer behaviors.
Proven experience and strong understanding of the sales process with demonstrated ability as a team leader.
Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in a fast-paced, performance driven sales environment.
Proven ability to think strategically and tactically and the ability to execute proficiently against company initiatives.
Strong interpersonal/communication skills and strong individual/team development expertise. Bilingual communication skills is a plus.
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience with sales incentive plans and sales accountability processes.
Preferred Education/Licensing
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Current Active State Real Estate License

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $92,800.00 to $124,400.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job Posting Segment:
