The Raytheon Airborne Spectrum Dominance Finance Organization is seeking a manager to join our team. This is an opportunity for an experienced manager to demonstrate their skill set while growing their network in multiple levels of diverse program & functional leadership.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • You will collaborate with Finance Directors & Managers to manage a highly visible and complex development program.
  • You can expect to interface with Program Leadership by presenting & discussing key financial metrics.
  • We are looking for someone who can successfully partner and influence the program team to help meet financial goals & commitments, support competitive proposals, and assist in execution strategy discussions.

This position is being offered in a hybrid (remote/onsite) capacity based on the needs of the business. Onsite work will be expected up to 1-2 times per week on average. The preferred candidate will be commutable to El Segundo, California.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • You must be comfortable working closely with senior and executive level leadership.
  • This position requires you to solve complex problems quickly & effectively, excellent communication & presentation skills, and can mentor/lead earlier career finance analysts.
  • Opportunity to demonstrate and develop leadership skills.
  • Exposure to competitive proposals, front end of the business and complex development programs.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
  • Defense industry experience.
  • Program Controls experience.
  • FP&A experience.
  • Active Secret Clearance

The salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
