Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage Program Schedule and Cost Performance (SPI / CPI) for a small program
- Coordinate and develop program integrated master schedule (IMS)
- Collaborate across many engineering disciplines to execute program milestones
- Coordinate part procurement and asset management in support of lab integration
- Facilitate customer demonstration events and program reviews both onsite and offsite
- Lead bid and proposal efforts
- Present technical and program data to customers and executive leadership
Basic Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the systems development process, including requirements capture, design, decomposition, integration, and verification/validation, and transition to production.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR
- In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have or be capable of obtaining a U.S. DoD Secret Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong Preference for current DoD Secret Clearance
- Familiarity with the Scaled Agile framework
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with radio transceiver architecture/design, basic radio functional component blocks, performance specifications and test methodologies
- Familiarity with Open System Architecture (OSA)
- Experience with the bid and proposal process for the DoD
