At Raytheon our Project Management Apprenticeship is designed to develop our Project Managers of the future. Working at our Malvern UK site, from day one you’ll be a key member of our friendly programme management team. You will gain practical on-the-job experience within our delivery and support programmes.

With our support you'll become experienced in:

• Monitoring project schedules

• Development programme monthly progress reports

• Managing stakeholders

• Controlling risks and changes

• Coordination of project meetings and minute taking

• Managing budgets and controlling costs

• Ensuring smooth delivery of programmes

This 18-month Level 4 Apprenticeship is ideally suited to you if you are motivated, diligent and excited by a career in Project Management. You will develop the leadership and management skills which will form the basis of your future career and which we hope may lead to securing a permanent role with Raytheon! You will also study towards a Level 4 Project Management qualification with our training partner.

We expect that you will be just starting your career so will delight in training and supporting you through your career journey. That means you need to be a willing learner and committed to achieving both business and personal results whilst working as part of a team.  You will need to have obtained a grade 4 or above in 5 GCSEs including Maths and English as well as two A-Levels at grade C or above (or equivalent level qualifications). You will have some previous experience which demonstrates your ability to work and communicate within a team and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
