Here at Collins Maintenance Repair and Overhaul UK facility in Marston Green, we provide specialist technical support for Electronic Engine Control, Fuel Metering Units, Actuators and Pumps units widely used in the Aerospace Industry. Join us as we take flight!

Summary:

The Business Support IP will complete a rotation around a number of business support functions, these functions could include:

• Contract Management

• Bid Management

• Supply Chain

• Digital Improvements

• International Trade Compliance

• Customer Service

• Repair Administration

The rotation subjects will be dependent on both business needs and interest of successful candidates.

The rotational programme gives you the opportunity to move around our business, exploring the different business units. It is of the upmost importance to us that you learn and see as much of our diverse business as possible. Through the rotational programme, along with mentoring and guidance, we will jointly establish which career path you wish to pursue and offer opportunities for you to build your knowledge and experience.

You can expect to be given project work with key deliverables in order to meet the needs of both our business and customers. You will work within the functions and will be expected to manage your own workload.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Studying towards obtaining a degree qualification/HNC or HND in any subject matter

• Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

• Positive and pro-active, with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure, in a face paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with great interpersonal skills

Desirable skills:

• Good problem solving and analytical skills

• Ability to influence others

• Ability to adapt to new and changing demands.
