What this opportunity involves:

Due to recent promotion, this is a great opportunity to join our team as our Pricing Manager.

You will be part of our global Pricing team responsible for the pricing of new business, expansion, and renewal for integrated facilities management pursuits for our clients in Australia and New Zealand.

This is an excellent pathway for you to further grow and develop your skills where you will obtain exposure to different business lines and executives. Our team in this space is incredibly talented and versatile so there will be a variety of experience available for you to learn and thrive from.

This role can be based in our Sydney or Melbourne CBD office.

What this role involves:

  • Develop and support the pricing strategy and approach for single or major bids within Australia and New Zealand and support wider Asia Pacific and Global opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Supply chain, to gather pricing inputs and ensure alignment with pricing objectives.
  • Build price models and responses for our customer proposals.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support pricing decisions and provide accurate and timely pricing recommendations.
  • Prepare and present pricing proposals and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct cost analysis and profitability modeling to support pricing decisions.
  • Ability to think innovatively to share ideas and drive continuous improvements.
  • Deployment & adoption of new processes and tools as appropriate

  • Hold bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related business area of study.
  • Demonstrate experience in pricing and commercial modelling is preferred, ideally within the commercial real estate industry.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant Facility Management/Corporate Real Estate experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data.
  • High level of system skills and commercial acumen
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise work with competing deadlines.
