Regional Facilities Manager

Pay: 130-140k

Regional Facilities Manager

The role is responsible for managing the assigned sites within the account owned and/or occupied portfolio in accordance with the requirements of all local, state and federal requirements. The position will be responsible for all line of business and third-party relationships with the assigned buildings. The position will also manage a team of Facility Management professionals.

What this job involves

Relationship Management

• Maintain high client, customer, and user satisfaction with services provided, measured through quarterly KPIs and satisfaction surveys
• Manage the performance and outcomes of assigned maintenance/engineering staff reporting to the position
• Maintain interface with third party owners, ensuring total contract compliance, accurate and timely reporting, and resolve critical impact tenant relations issues
• Drive superior performance through excellent people management.  Responsible for overall team management, staff development and planning. Execute staff succession and growth plans.
• Interface and develop relationships with peers in other regions and functions to ensure consistent delivery of global initiatives and practices
• Assists in training and developing a large JLL team in the skills and understanding of firm procedures, methodology and practices expected for a successful project implementation. 
• Any and all other duties and tasks assigned
• Overall nimble with prioritization and able to handle additional deadlines or requests from the client as they arise.

Project Management

• Deliver on regional/site/SBG operational budgets, including delivering contractual savings targets, measured by achieving annual budget targets, and monthly/quarterly budget adherence targets as prescribed
• Ensure understanding of contract requirements across the organization
• Engage with individual sites to drive savings initiatives and keep savings tracker updated with all proper documentation

Compliance

• Achieve contractual requirements and account annual goals including but not limited to work order management metrics and all contractual KPI goals
• Ensure compliance with portfolio wide initiatives and required local, state and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operating of facilities entrusted to the Facility Partners to manage on behalf of the client as owner

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction or related discipline- required
• 10+ years of experience in Facilities Maintenance/Engineering/Management role- required
• 10+ years of strong leadership and relationship building skills- required
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
• Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
• Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data
