     支店改修・予防保全業務
     上記に関わる稟議申請
     上記に関わる固定資産管理
     データ管理業務

Candidate Specification
Experience
     ファシリティマネジメント経験
     プロジェクトマネジメント経験
     コンストラクションマネジメント経験

（歓迎要件）
     一級建築士、施工管理技士資格保有者

The person we need will be:
     レイアウト変更、店舗開発、店舗統合などを主導できる方
     関係者と粘り強く交渉し、良好な関係を築ける方
     常に目標と改善を意識し、前向きに取り組むことが出来る方
     情報を精査し、データ化して、業務効率を高められる方
     柔軟な思考を持って、お客様やチームの問題に取り組める方
     PCスキル（Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Wordなど）
