Are you a skilled and dynamic Facilities Manager searching for your next challenge? We are currently seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee multiple facilities for our two high-end automotive clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring safe and efficient building management and maintenance. You will also play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative programs and processes to drive cost reduction and productivity enhancements.

With our clients experiencing high growth and activity, you will jump right into ongoing projects and programs. Building strong relationships through our onsite presence is critical, as you will primarily be based at our client's location in Ajax and frequently visit our other client in North York.

What You'll be Doing:

• Support the Area Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client project
• Develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures to reduce operating costs and increase productivity
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client
• Manage the development and management of capital and expense budgets by working closely with the client representative
• Develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on operating budgets for each property
• Assist in the development and implementation of the annual management plan for the buildings within the area

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with both a management and technical emphasis
• Minimum of 8 years of industry experience in the corporate environment, third-party service provider, or as a consultant
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and MS SharePoint
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between clients' sites
• Some travel outside of Ontario may be required
