What this opportunity involves:

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations within the portfolio of our client – Google!

You will be the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and clients, ensuring that their needs are met and the facilities run smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative client account, known for its creative workspaces and commitment to excellence.

An Overview of the role:

  • Take ownership of facilities management finance and compliance requirements, addressing and resolving issues in a proactive manner.
  • Provide end-to-end service, taking responsibility and being accountable for all aspects of facility management.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming environment by greeting and assisting visitors, staff, and employment candidates.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks, including document creation, spreadsheet management, and signage for the office.
  • Verify accurate invoicing for deliveries, goods, and services, ensuring proper financial processes are followed.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure building procedures and performance measures are maintained.
  • Maintain the facility in a neat and good working condition at all times.
  • Assist in the provision of office services and supplies, including vendor selection and coordination of special deliveries.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, events, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and experience in vendor management for specialized services will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in accounts payable processes and tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with Google workplace practices and culture is preferable.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and customer service
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety, adhering to all EHS policies and procedures.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and with courteous and enthusiastic communication.
