What this job involves:

JLL is looking for a Director to join the Tenant Representation team in Perth to provide exceptional service to occupiers by minimizing their real estate occupancy cost and risks and maximizing their flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

• Build long term relationships and strategic alliances with occupier clients by understanding their real estate needs and delivering high quality service and prepare strategic plans accordingly.

• Identify strategic real estate  opportunities from new and existing clients.

• Work closely with other Jones Lang LaSalle occupier business units such as Project Management, Workplace and Sustainability Consultancy  to maximize opportunities for the firm to enhanceadditional service offerings.

• Implement and deliver major Tenant Representation transactions.

• Manage the relationship with multi market clients who have global / national relationships with Jones Lang LaSalle.

• Lead and Support TR national initiatives where required.

We are seeking an individual who has proven expertise as a tenant representative, leasing agent, transaction management or project/development management and in engaging with senior-level executives and managing client relationships.

• Acts as leadership role model for Jones Lang LaSalle by behaving consistently with cultural requirements.
• Independently sources business through smaller/repeat transaction execution. May provide support in the sourcing of business through pitch support.
• Actively searches out improvement opportunities and empowers team to implement them.
• Gain respect of Jones Lang LaSalle people, clients, and where appropriate with the broader business community.
• Regularly communicates plans and performance in a clear and motivational manner to employees.
