Atividades:  

• Auxiliar na administração de contratos junto aos terceiros e prestadores de serviço
• Realizar rondas no empreendimento para checar estrutura, acompanhar e validar a prestação de serviços
• Auxiliar nos aditivos de contratos
• Agendar e controlar SLA de serviços
• Elaborar relatório operacional mensal
• Controlar e coletar documentos
• Controle do estoque de materiais e requisição de produtos pelo sistema de compras da empresa
• Lançamentos de Notas Fiscais e emissão de boletos
• Atender as demandas dos locatários
• Acompanhar índices de satisfação do investidor, condômino e usuário

Requisitos:

• Desejável curso técnico completo ou superior cursando, preferencialmente em Administração ou Engenharia
• Conhecimentos em rotinas administrativas, preferencialmente de gestão predial 
• Pacote Office intermediário
