JLL has committed to reduce scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions down to 0 by 2040.

To achieve this ambitious goal, we will need to engage with our clients as the vast majority of our scope 3 emissions are generated by the properties that we manage on their behalf. With this commitment we must deploy best in class sustainability practices with all our clients across the 5 million square metres that we manage globally, whether investors or occupiers, from strategy to transforming assets, project management down to managing assets.

What this job involves:

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director – Energy and Sustainability Services to join our PAM team!

This role is a critical part of our ambitions to help our clients rapidly improve their environmental and social performance. You will work closely with our Energy and Sustainability Services teams in consulting and operations, to bring thought leadership and innovation opportunities.

A snapshot of the role:

• Develop and manage sustainability programs for our managed properties
• Be the sustainability SME contact for our investor clients
• Deliver sustainability projects and initiatives
• Actively lead business development opportunities

Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:

You have experience in real estate focused sustainability or building services engineering consultancy with an understanding of the sustainability landscape as it pertains to the real estate sector.

Demonstrated capabilities in managing complex client relationships and competing priorities, while delivering cost-effective sustainability solutions.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• NABERS and CBD accreditation will be highly regarded
