• Responsible for the valuation of various assets throughout the Ottawa area as well as Eastern Canada
• Recruit, lead, mentor and develop career growth and mobility of the JLL Value and Risk Advisory appraisers and support staff in Ottawa
• Achieve regional revenue and margin goals or attempt to achieve regional revenue and margin goals, as established each year in partnership with the Lead
• Continuously improve skillset and market knowledge via conferences, on-line learning, etc.
• Participate within the national leadership of the JLL VRA platform, and help shape strategy moving forward
• Consult, influence and provide solution-oriented advice to empower your team members to do the same
• Proactively promote all service lines within JLL Canada and sell holistic client solutions as an integrated platform
• Work collaboratively with other business line leaders and be transparent with regard to pursuit and market information and document such within the company's CRM system
• Actively participate and support in the recruitment process in order to attract and retain top talent at JLL
• Attending industry events and functions to develop business leads, network and facilitate introductions for the team
• Any other reasonable related duties as assigned
