How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

As the Commercial Planning Manager, you will play a crucial role in building up a highly professional team and implementing effective sales tools for monitoring, supporting, and forecasting sales team’s performance of seven South American territories. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be key as you build strong relationships with different stakeholders, motivate your team, and collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.

The Commercial Planning Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing and motivating a team of sales administration and partnering with sales representatives. You will provide guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets and professional growth.
  • Collaborating closely with other internal departments, such as Finance, Credit and Collections, Legal Affairs, and Sales Operations, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales activities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be a vital part of your role. You will collaborate with the sales representatives to ensure excellent customer service, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Supervising our top clients’ campaigns performances and replanning inventory to meet sales goals.
  • Onboarding our client’s orders and materials for digital advertising campaigns, monitoring, and reconciliation between ordered and issued activity.
  • Your analytical skills will play a crucial role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economy, Accountant or, Industry Engineering, especially for quantitative field interests.
  • At least 5 years of previous work experience.
  • Preferred Industries: Marketing, Media and Automotive.
  • Intermediate level of English both oral and written.
  • Technical expertise: Ideally any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast pace, deadline driven environment.
  • Self-motivation, results-driven professional with a passion for sales and leadership.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to evaluate and refine stakeholder requests.
  • Highly organized and efficient. Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects at a given time.
