What this job involves:

Assisting in the day-to-day operations

You will be assisting the immediate superior in the day-to-day operations of the site. This includes undertaking any duties assigned by the Management or the Immediate Superior. You will be managing all electrical and mechanical works in the premises and attend to client’s requests on electrical matters. You will also be attending to owner’s complaints of the common areas as well as manage and record the technical inventory.

Being responsible

You will be conducting daily checks on essential equipment to ensure that they are operating in a satisfactory condition at all times. This also includes carrying out meter readings on operating equipment for energy consumption. You will also conduct regular inspections with term contractors (e.g. waste treatment, pest control, fire protection systems, lift and water treatment) to ensure that the services are carried out in accordance to the standards set by OMS/ Management.

We want to ensure that the clients are provided with high standards of service at all times. Being responsible also means that you will operate/ maintain all equipment within the premises to ensure all equipment are in working condition – equipment could include low tension switchgears, air-conditioning equipment, plumbing and compressor. 

Assisting the Condo Manager

You will be assisting the Condo Manager in the supervision of appointed term contracts (e.g. cleaning, pest control, etc.). You will also assist the Condo Manager in the progressive take-over of common areas, take-over of O&M/ as-built drawings, equipment, lighting operational timing period and tabulation, common inventory, etc. When there are potential issues, you will assist in collating common areas’ observation and report to the immediate superior.

Knowledgeable and experienced

You have at least a Higher NITEC/NITEC in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in handling building or condominiums. It would be an advantage for you if you have LEW Grade 7.
