What this job involves

JLL is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Director to take the lead in developing successful and long-term marketing strategies for India.

As a digital lead you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. You will work closely with different marketing teams at local and global level in order to ensure consistency throughout all digital marketing channels.

You will provide forward-thinking ideas to build a strong company web presence and to facilitate online demand across all our business lines. Together with our marketers you will develop multi touch points campaigns and nurturing programs to keep a high level of engagement with our different target audiences.

• Build our digital marketing roadmap by understanding the unique India digital eco-system and solutions available
• Manage all digital marketing channels e.g. corporate website, emails, social media
• Measure ROI, define KPIs and be responsible for budget planning and monitoring
• Develop client centric digital campaigns to create and maintain high levels of interaction and engagement, generating business inquiries and leads for the various JLL business units
• Manage and improve SEO by working closely with global and regional teams
• Leverage analytics and analyse clients’ behaviour to help sales identify new business opportunities
• Liaise with marketers and content creators to increase relevance and help nurture various segments
• Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and trends in the market
• Hands on experience and ability to work and deliver as an individual contributor when necessary
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies
• Previous experience in the real estate industry or professional services firm is a plus
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics,  Marketing Automation (Eloqua) and CRM softwares (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Track record working with sales and delivering on KPIs is a must
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Pro-active and can-do attitude
• MSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
• Over 12 years of relevant digital marketing expertise
