Praktikant (m/w/d) Capital Markets Hub

Als Teil eines Deutschland-weit agierendem Teams erhältst Du eine vertiefte Weiterbildung in alle Assetklassen (Logistik, Office, Retail, Residential) während Du bei Transaktionen von der Akquise bis zum Closing mitwirken kannst. Dank guter Vernetzung in alle lokalen Investment Teams ist dies die ideale Einstiegsposition, um im Bereich Capital Markets bei JLL durchzustarten.

Deine Aufgaben

• Mitwirken bei diversen Investment Projekten, wie Verkaufs- und Ankaufsmandate

• Erstellen von Angebots- und Präsentationsunterlagen

• Unterstützen bei der Koordination von Marketingmaßnahmen

• Unterstützen bei Cash Flow- und Kaufpreiseinschätzungen

• Mitwirken bei der Erstellung von Markt-, Standort- und Objektanalysen

• Researchaufgaben im Internet, Presse usw.

• Teilnahme an Grundstücks-/Gebäudebesichtigungen, Dokumentation von relevanten Informationen

• Pflege, Abgleichung und Aktualisierung der internen Datenbank

Dein Profil

• Du absolvierst derzeit ein Studium mit der Fachrichtung BWL, Wirtschaftsgeografie oder Immobilienwirtschaft

• Gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse – insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Eine hohe Affinität zu analytischer Arbeit

• Eine selbständige, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

• Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und ein hoher Grad an Selbstständigkeit runden Dein Profil ab
