- Annual budget preparation and quarterly expenditure review.
- Approval of invoices.
- Assisting external auditors at service charge year end.
- Liaising with Clients and Tenants on a regular basis concerning general operations within the properties.
- Review of services to properties including negotiation with and tendering contractors in respect of maintenance and service contracts.
- Preparation of reports in conjunction with the Surveyor and Accounts Manager on a quarterly basis to keep clients informed on the performance of their properties.
- Liaising with onsite Building Managers in respect of daily operations, to include monitoring / supervision and performance review.
- Review of planned preventative maintenance programmes.
- Implementation and management of Health and Safety and Insurance requirements
- Liaising with prospective tenants.
- Liaising with insurance brokers with any queries which may arise and dealing with loss adjusters in respect of insurance claims.
- Regular on-site visits / inspections of the properties.
- Liaising and reporting to Senior Management and Clients on a regular basis, to review the properties’ performance including attending Client meetings.
- Keeping abreast of industry related legislation
