Disney Advertising Sales Research is seeking talent people to help create the future of TV and lead the advertising industry into the future. The Audience Advancement team will measure campaign’s reach across all of Disney’s addressable led networks including Hulu, ESPN, ABC, ABCNews, FX, Freeform and National Geographic.This role will work closely with internal sales leadership, and category strategy to properly position Disney’s assets to the advertising marketplace. Job Summary:
Disney Advertising Sales Research Team is seeking a talented person to help create the future of television and innovate in the advertising and measurement space. The Analyst, Audience Advancement will use your knowledge of media math and analytical skills to tell the stories of Disney’s data and our advertisers’ success.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
- Support the team in setting up and executing the campaign research studies with Sales, Ad ops, and Research vendors
- Help to evaluate new and enhanced measurement solutions, products, and methodology
- Share work with other teams and build relationships with Category Strategy/Advanced Ops/Product/Data
- Update case studies, trackers, and workflow/process improvement for our team
Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
- 2+ years of media experience at a fast-paced web publisher, media agency or TV Network
- Proficient with reach & frequency planning/ measurement tools: Nielsen DAR, comScore CCR, VideoAmp, iSpot, 605, NMI, Samba TRF
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of media planning and media math (reach, frequency, audience composition, coverage, etc.)
- Knowledge of the media landscape and preferably the digital media landscape
- Experience successfully communicating at all levels both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
- Proven team player with the ability to take on different assignments/projects in a timely manner
- Strong mathematical skills and an interest in finding stories in the data through in-depth analyses
- Excellent communication and writing skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and problem solve as well as effectively collaborate with various teams
- Bachelor of Arts/Sciences in Social Sciences, Communications, Mathematics or another related field
#DISNEYADVERTISING
The hiring range for this position is $73,300 - $98,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job Posting Segment:
