JLL has an opportunity for a Procurement Manager to take responsibility for the coordination and management of consultants, vendors & client stakeholders for the successful operational delivery for our Client.
You’ll need to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, leading from the front while also taking the time to understand their point of view.

You’ll work closely with other stakeholders to establish an effective organizational structure for reporting, communication and working procedures, and ensure that clear objectives and quality control systems are in place for all commercial and procurement activities. You’ll also attend meetings, support tendering activities, coordinate with other stakeholder teams, so an eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks will serve you well.

Likewise, you’ll handle contract administration of all vendors professionally and according to legal requirements. It’s the best way to protect both our and the clients’ commercial interests. Your expertise will also be central in identifying project risks and mitigating them. Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for developing project-related reports, analyses and reviews regularly.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Must be able to work in a fast-track environment with a proven record of driving sourcing activities for facilities management (FM) services.
  • Strong understanding of the facilities management (FM) services. Understanding the operational aspects of mission critical facilities and infrastructure systems will be highly regarded.
  • Establish sourcing strategies with the purpose of driving value to the client.
  • Monitor procurement process including tendering, recommendation, and contract award.
  • Develop and maintain the long-term partnership with vendors, manage vendor selection and evaluation, and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Client & Operations to translate business requirements into time-bound actions.
  • Expand the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Program
  • Networking with target suppliers, and industry practitioners
  • Recommend sourcing strategies and e-bidding strategies in the FM space.

  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a related Cost or Procurement / Supply Chain Management role
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Logical approach and high attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree
