What this job involves - This position provides general support in the operation of a client facility (including equipment installation, equipment relocation, general repairs, painting, escort of vendors, support of maintenance trades.). This position is also responsible for the general maintenance of an office/ lab environment and works daily with the Operations and Maintenance teams to provide excellent customer service to our client.

What is your day to day?  

  • Perform routine repair, maintenance, restoration, and replacement of various components of the physical structure of the buildings.
  • Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
  • Maintains records for work completed in a neat and organized manner
  • Assists the operations team in general office maintenance
  • Completes special tasks that include tenant services requests, special cleaning, and general maintenance as assigned.
  • Moves office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested
  • Maintains a clean and safe workplace
  •  Assists with successfully completing work orders

Work Schedule

2nd Shift, M-F 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Desired experience and technical skills  

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Hands on experience with light plumbing, light electrical and light general maintenance repairs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate well both in oral and written reports.
  • Proficient computer skills necessary to operate computer for general day to day work and communications.
  • Ability to demonstrate exemplary tenant relations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team.
  • Ability to safely bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, push, pull, and turn frequently.
  • Ability to frequently lift 50+lb.
  • Position will require on call duties.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments a plus.
  • 3+ years of working experience in Commercial or Industrial environments a plus.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

$51,600 – $74,880 USD

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable.  The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
