One of JLL's key Government clients are looking to appoint a Regional Programme Manager to be integrated within an EMEA PMO team. Reporting to the EMEA Programme Director, based in Warsaw, the Regional Programme Manager will have experience in Project or Programme management delivery and will be responsible for developing and implementing the clients annual programme of capital works.

Key Responsiblities

  • Reporting to the EMEA Programme Director to support the end-to-end programme management of the client's capital projects across the region
  • Support the overall success of assigned regional portfolio programme and project planning activities, including, effectively developing and driving the programme, budget, schedule, project team, roles & responsibilities, stakeholder approvals, and identifying the risks and mitigation measures   
  • Support the continued development of programme governance liaising with the other Regional PMO across JLL to identify best practices and adopt improvements 
  • Planning the overall programme and monitoring the progress 
  • Support presentations of complex ideas to large audiences with confidence and clarity 
  • Tracking the programme’s budget 
  • Support the account to achieve the net margin target for the contract for JLL 
  • Support the account to achieve account objectives & KPI targets for JLL
  • Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements; 

Ongoing Delivery Support

  • Assist with Client and service providers
  • Report Programme status (budget, schedule, risk) 
  • Review pipeline to establish and manage the Capital Plan 
  • Assist Client in determining project requirements including gathering market information for budgetary and benchmarking purposes  
  • Source the appropriate in-country project management resources for the Client 
  • Monitor Project Delivery through reporting and conference calls
  • Deliver Project Reviews, Change Control and Risk Management  
  • Consolidate existing progress reporting by current suppliers 
  • Identify innovative ways to resolve problems and support implementation thereof
  • Oversee the implementation of Client standards by in-country Project Managers 

Process review 

  • Assist the EMEA Programme Director in the review and improvement of internal process and reports 
  • Ensure delivery procedures/ standards, policies, cash flow analysis, portfolio management etc. are completed  
  • Establish structured reporting systems and ensure that regular reporting is delivered to the Client 
  • Ensure structured close out of projects including documentation, handover to FM provider, etc. 
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of playbooks, process flows, guidance documents and training material
  • Undertake regular training to on site FM and local PDS teams.

Personal attributes

  • Perceptive, self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of working across the region through remote management skills
  • The PMO will effectively provide an operational knowledge centre of exceptional quality
  • European/EMEA experience is preferred and the ability to work across multiple sites is essential 
  • Good communication skills, and experienced in remote management 
  • Can manage and report all financial aspects of the project 
  • English, both written and spoken, to a good technical standard. Other languages an advantage
  • Educated to Degree standard for a Construction or business-related function  
  • 5-10 years post-graduate experience in relevant field of operations 
  • Has experience in handling client and/or Firm sensitivities’ knowing when to escalate with urgency, or how to de-escalate certain risks 
  • Quest for excellence and deliver optimization and continuous improvement 
  • Planning & organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines 
  • Demonstrated client relationship skills 
  • Demonstrated people skills – ability to work effectively within a team effectively and work openly, constructively, and collaboratively 
  • Self-motivated and confident, Gravitas, EQ 
  • Able to work independently and be a team player 
  • Exhibits honesty & trustworthiness
