What this job involves

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Property & Asset Management (PAM) Business Technology team!

Your key objective is to help businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining business requirements and communicating these clearly to stakeholders.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Produce project documentation - business requirements, test and training documentation
  • Identify, document and analyse business rules, process flows and requirements
  • Assist in the management of Request for Proposals for software applications
  • Develop and maintain end user documentation - manuals, user guides etc
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to users and IT support teams

You’ll have proven experience working on IT projects as a Business Analyst and a Quality Assurance Lead and some exposure to commercial property management systems and processes would be preferable. Experience with online applications is essential as is an ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

You’ll have the ability to influence and develop relationships with stakeholders and have the desire to achieve exceptional results. Your communication and negotiation skills ensure that you build rapport quickly and in return can easily understand and interpret your stakeholders needs.
