The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a versatile and passionate Software Engineering Intern to help build the next generation of experience cloud products. Working with data scientists, engineers, and product managers, you will participate in the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications for various machine learning and AI products in Adobe Experience Platform. These applications will help businesses understand, handle, and optimize their customers’ experiences.

All 2024 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

What You'll Do

  • Help craft and implement new applications and features for ML and AI services
  • Work with engineers and Data Scientists to provide a highly scalable and robust model management infrastructure that supports all major machine learning service in the Experience Platform.
  • Chip in to cross-team internal and open-source libraries that will encourage and improve code reusability
  • Work closely with product managers to prototype new customer facing products and features.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields within the next year graduating between December 2024 - June 2025
  • Proficiency and experience with at least one or more of the following: JavaScript, C++, Java, Python 
  • Familiar with the software development lifecycle - designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining web or mobile apps
  • Proven experience with Front End frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
  • Strong sense for and foundation in software design principles
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple engineers across different locations
  • Knowledge of machine learning and/or data-mining techniques is a plus
  • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September 2024

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $38.00 -- $51.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
