About the Role & Team

Welcome Home!  Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Sales Finance team is currently seeking a Financial Analyst.  This team provides strategic, financial, and analytical leadership in support of the DVC Sales organization and is essential to the long-term success of Disney’s timeshare business.

What You Will Do

• Develop the monthly forecasts, annual operating plan, and assist with long term plan inputs for Disney Vacation Club Sales expense

• Assist with overall Sales Organization forecasting & planning processes

• Prepare journal entries for accruals and ad hoc expenses and/or re-classes to ensure proper posting of financials

• Create and maintain reporting & visualization of key business metrics across the P&L

• Present budgets and financial results to DVC leadership

• Provide financial and decision support for clients through analysis and ad hoc requests 

• Confidently and effectively communicates with managers, team members, stake holders, and business partners

• Identify and implement continuous improvements to streamline and innovate processes and outputs

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to prepare and present information to support decision making

• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills

• Sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency, effectively manage multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, take ownership, and work in a flexible team environment

• Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals of all levels within an organization

• At least of 1 year of experience with growing responsibility in Finance or Business Development

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of SAP, Longview, and BW Reporting is beneficial

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business discipline

Preferred Education

• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or CPA
