A Day in the Life…

  • Support of HR-specific systems along with support to all levels of employees across the company for all product delivered through the company’s learning, talent management, and employee HR system of record
  • Execute testing scenarios across multiple applications
  • Assist with the development of automated systems testing approach.

What we are looking for…

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for application testing and understanding of the quality assurance lifecycle.
  • Enthusiastic about creating clear and compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information and insights.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • College-level background in web-based application development, with skills in languages such as C++, Python, Java, etc.
  • Experience with SQL and understanding of Microsoft Access relational databases

It would be nice if you also had…

  • Experience with Workday, SAP and/or other HR Systems

  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts, collaborate with teams, and maintain professionalism in communications.

  • Adaptive and flexible, with the capability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

  • Understanding of Business Management and Human Resources

Required Education:  

Currently enrolled undergraduate student studying Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field at an accredited college/university

Internship Eligibility:

  • At the time of application, must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program. 
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization
  • This internship is a primarily on-site position-- Must be able to provide own housing and reliable transportation for work in the Anaheim, CA, Burbank CA, or Orlando, FL area. Also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace.​
  • Program length-- The approximate dates of this internship are January/2024 through June/2024

The pay rate for this role in California is $ 30 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
